CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mike Regan

 

Mike is the CEO of Cadman Securities, LLC focusing on raising debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and growth capital initiatives as well as advising management on a wide range of capital needs.

​

Prior to joining Cadman Holdings, Mike was Managing Director at Hilltop Securities where he was part of a team that provided creative market solutions for complicated financings. The team handled transactions from beginning to end, so they could offer their clients maximum flexibility in sourcing the lowest cost of capital, whether through traditional underwriting or private placement.

​

While at Hilltop and previously at Piper Sandler Company, Mike leveraged his deep relationships in the private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, family office, and specialty debt funds to originate, structure, and privately place capital to support client growth and acquisition initiatives.

​

At Piper Sandler Mike created a team to raise tax equity for large renewable energy projects. He worked with a large solar construction company to capitalize their utility scale developments. Mike holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.

 

He maintains Series 7, 63, 24 and 53 FINRA qualifications.
